Napoli have turned down a permanent transfer offer from Galatasaray for Victor Osimhen. The Turkish champions submitted a bid of €65 million for the highly popular striker, as reported by Corriere dello Sport. Despite the interest, Napoli remain firm on their valuation of the player.
The Italian club has set a specific release clause of €75 million for Galatasaray, taking into account the €6 million loan fee they have already received. For any other club interested in signing Osimhen during the January transfer window, the asking price stands at €81 million. Napoli have made it clear that they are unwilling to negotiate below these amounts.
Club president Aurelio De Laurentiis has emphasized that no discounts will be offered, reaffirming the club’s stance on Osimhen’s value. Meanwhile, the Nigerian striker will continue his loan spell at Galatasaray until the end of the season, where he has become a key player and a fan favorite.
